Account Opening Details
Account Opening Overview
To open an account with Our Company, customer needs to submit the following documents.
- Duly Completed Account Opening Questionnaire
- a.MYKA KYC Form Download
- Company Registration Documents
- a.Memorandum of Association (and necessary amendments, if any)
- b.Articles of Associations
- c. Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Registration
- d.Shares Certificate / Partners List
- e.Extract of Company registry
- Valid Trade License
- a.Minimum of 3 months before expiration
- Passport Or Id Copies (And Visa & Emirates Id Copy If Residing In Yae) Of The Following:
- a.Beneficial Owners / Shareholders
- b. Directors or Authorized Signatories
- c. Person/s who will operate the Account
- Tenancy Contract / Title Deed / Latest Utility Bill
- a.Registered Address (as per the license)
- b. Office/Principal Address (primary address where the business activity is performed)
- Vat Registration Certificate/TRN Number
- Kindly send the scanned copies of the required documents to backoffice@mykaprecious.com for the initial assessment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- We only accept documents in English
- The list above are basic minimum requirements, we may request for additional supporting documents.
- Documents and information including the company, shareholders, beneficial owners, and person/s who will operate the account are processed and checked against our screening/due diligence software as part of our compliance procedure.
